Public support queries

I notice that there is a checkbox to flag support queries "Keep private", suggesting that there is an area somewhere where all public support queries can be viewed.  Is this the case?  It would be helpful to have access to these public questions customers have asked in the past both for educational purposes and also in case my questions have already been answered in a previous query for another customer.  Is there such a support area where I can review past public support queries? Thank you for asking. Yes, all ticket not marked as Private will go to the forum site, http://support.visualwebripper.com/Forum/

Not sure if you already have seen our video tutorial here, .It's a bit old but still helpful.

Also, all public ticket is searchable in google so just type Visual Web Ripper and your key query. 

Not sure how large your scraping project is, but you can consider our Enterprise scraper, Content Grabber. It is based on Chromium, an open source web browser from which Chrome draws its source code.
