Screenshots

Hi,

I created some test'ng projects and all worked well except i cannot grab images.

http://www.visualwebripper.com/ProductInformation/Screenshots.aspx contains 8 or more images. Can you create a demo project that shows me how to grab these images and save to c:\tmp folder.

image names can be 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc.

According to manual, this is possible but i failed every time.

if you do this i will learn: how can i grab images and save to disk. (also filename tranformation)

Thank you.

 ===============================

Actualy i wrote a script that produces local filename:

//UrlDecode - Normalize link
string s = System.Uri.UnescapeDataString(args.content);
s = s.Trim();

//Get filename and extension
s = s.Substring(s.LastIndexOf("/") + 1);

//local path + orginal filename
s = @"c:\tmp\" + s;

return s;

You click on 'Data export' button in toolbar, then uncheck 'use default folder' associated with "selecting downloaded files and images folder" input box, then fill in custom folder path.

you can use File Name Transformation to covert to new file name without using default ones.

Thank you very much. It's better than i asked.

Can i ask for variant of this project. This one gets big images displayed when you click large images link.

Is it possible to set folder and image name while extracting. (scripting ?)  I want to save them another folder with custom name.

I know project>options>projectdata>foldername, this one works globally. I want to select folder or at lest filename while extracting.

See the attached demo project ,the real image link can be fetched by content transformation script (Regex)

correction:

//Get filename and extension
s = s.Substring(s.LastIndexOf("/") + 1);  ==>  s = s.Substring(s.LastIndexOf(@"/") + 1);
