Shooting Ranges

Submitted: 10/9/2012
I wish to get a list for each state on this site that includes name, address, phone #, URL & e-mail address.  The software would have to navigate to each state and then go to the details of each range brought up.

Question #1 on training - don't understand your response.  How do I get training?

Question #4 - Here is a good site to illustrate - http://www.surefire.com/dealer-locator  If you type in Dallas, TX & a 200 mile range, a list appears, but to get the details for each store (especially the phone #), you have to click on each and then a bubble appears with additional information that we need to retrieve.

1.  I played with the free trial, but need some one on one training.  Is that readily available in the US at the $99 per hour rate?  Is it done via a GoTo meeting?  Can I purchase a block of 5 hours of training up front?

=================================================

We don't support the case , you can respectively install VWR on multiple PC, then extending trial days .

2.  Once we have purchased the licenses, are there additional charges?  For example, am I charged for the # of data elements that I grab using the tool?

=================================================

All licenses includes 1 year free maintenance (all upgrades and limited support), afterwards, the license is disabled unless you make new charges again, there is no any limitations as long as the license is valid, and you can ask specific question in inquiry, then we will reply you as soon.

3.  What about sites where you have to put in specific mileage from a zip code to find the dealers?

==================================================

'Search by state' is the best simple way to get results as you expected, if you wanna use 'Search by distance from zip code', you should first create a link template  to simulate to click on the radio box in front of 'distance' select box, then creating formfields associated with 'distance' select box, 'zip code' input box, then give zip codes in capture window as input data, the rest of things like submit form and getting results are same as current demo project does.

What about sites that put a marker on the dealer and you have to put your cursor over the marker to get the addresses and phone #'s?

==================================================

Can you give me example or screen-shots to explain what you needed? I didn't get you. thanks.

#1 Sorry, I was misunderstanding, actually , I answered a little in #2,

Training. We do not teach you programming, Regular Expressions, XPath or other web scraping techniques. These techniques may or may not be required to extract data from a specific website.

#4 See the attached demo project, The most of templates are using generic AJAX action.

I am ready to move forward with two licenses just waiting on CEO approval.
