Throwing error Please select city

Hi,

For Tata Indica,Tata Indica Vista models city dropdown fileld is showing as blank,even the cities are available it is not able to load the cities.It is throwing error as Please select city.

Hi,

I have tested all the above mentioned scenarios,still same issue exists for Indica and Indica Vista models.Please revert back as early as possible.

You need to setup 'AJAX' action (or 'Full page load' action) for 'ddlState' form field, then next dropdown 'ddlCity' can be updated properly. with 'ddlState' form field, you can enable 'Fire events on edit' = true in advanced tab > Form field section, therefore, it will directly reflect the updates when you edit 'ddlState' form field.

It works fine for me, see attached screenshot of mine, the results can be fetched properly when submitting specific state, city in dropdown.

Please you make sure that you install latest version of VWR (3.0.6) and have a latest version IE 11 , some AJAX site need to work on higher version of IE.

Also, please you make sure that you're not located behind firewall / antivirus software, sometimes, these programs may affect VWR.

I've tried again, it keep to work fine for me.

Have you try to do same actions in IE browser ? does it work in your IE browser?

I have some proposals :

1) Please you make sure that you have a clear IE browser withou installing extra plugins.

2) Disable antivirus software / firewall.

3) Keep to update to latest version of IE browser.

4) Uninstalling VWR completely including the installation folder /  files. then you re-install the latest version 3.0.6.

5) Trying to setup proxy in project , this will make sure that it's not a local network issue. we've provide a free private proxy switch for you.

Afterwards, if you still cannot go through the form submitting with AJAX dropdwon, please you attach your teamviewer ID & Passowrd in here, then I will log on your PC for diagnose further. (our working time is in 8am ~ 4pm in A.U.S GMT+8)
