We have been trialing your visual web ripper but we seem to be unable to extract the data we require from the NZ Yellow web site, particularly we would like to get the Company name, the company telephone number, the company address and the company website address.
we have tried to follow your video step by step but do not seem to be able to extract the above details
Can you help please??

See the attached new project, I've revised the selection xpath for 'company list' page area template :
//DIV[@id='searchResultsTbl']/DIV[startswith(@class, 'result') and endswith(@class, 'datatag')]/DIV/DIV
therefore, it will select the top ads at the top also.

it does not appear to pick up any pages that have the advertisement at the top of the page, is there a way around this please??

Can you set that up then as we thought when we used the trial it would work after we paid for the subscription??

You only need to edit the 'category' link template then check mark 'Extract text' option in right side 'Misc' tab, this will extract the inner text when opening the template at runtime.

This has already been setup in the last attached project file.

It should be able to extract data through all the yellow pages , but the thing also is rely on that website.
but I cannot guarantee that the project can work 100% well since it's only as a demo for a free.
however, prefessional verson as purchased has no any limits, thing is only rely on the project and remote website to scrape.

That worked fine, so if we join up now will this enable us to go through all the yellow pages??

See the attached demo project.
The first entry is the 'all categories' link then finding all categories and companies.
